Trauma-informed Courses

Trauma-informed refers to an approach that recognizes the widespread impact of trauma on individuals and aims to create an environment that promotes safety, trust, and empowerment. It involves understanding the potential effects of trauma on physical, emotional, and psychological well-being, and integrating this knowledge into policies, practices, and interactions. A trauma-informed approach emphasizes compassion, sensitivity, and collaboration, with the goal of supporting individuals in their healing journey and minimizing retraumatization.
